A non-defective watch band can be returned for a refund, it you return it to us without defects, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, within the 30 days of purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 10 days of our received your returned package. Refunds will not include original shipping cost and custom duties, if applicable, nor will MobyFox will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping to our distribution center. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you experience a delay with an approved refund, please also contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them, alternatively please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or special discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we’ll give you further instructions.

Problems or defects

In case you find a fault, defect, or other issue with the watch band, when you open the box, you should report it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

If outside of the first 30 days, and within the 1-year warranty period, you find a fault with your watch band for defects listed herein, we will provide you with a replacement product. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our distribution center, and we will be responsible for shipping you the replacement.

In all the cases, a returned product will remain your responsibility until received by our team. Therefore, we recommend that you use a shipping method that allows you to securely track your shipment as we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.
